First Course

We will start your dinner with your choice of 1 of the following salads served with rustic dinner rolls with butter

Garden salad with Artisan greens, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, goat cheese medallions and garlic croutons, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Wedge salad with bacon, tomatoes, blue cheese, and balsamic reduction

Caprese salad with layers of juicy tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, pesto vinaigrette, and balsamic reduction

Beet salad with arugula topped with maple walnuts, goat cheese, & a balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course

Your guests main entree will be your choice of the following entree options.

Wild Mushroom Encrusted Pork Tenderloin

Your second course will be our wild mushroom encrusted pork tenderloin served over risotto and seasonal vegetables

Prosciutto & Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breast

Your second course will be our prosciutto and gorgonzola stuffed chicken breast with white wine and shallot sauce served over penne alfredo, and seasonal vegetables

Kasu Marinated Black Cod

Your second course will be our kasu marinated black cod served over bok choy and topped with carrot slaw

Your second course will be our herb crusted rack of lamb served over lemon herb cous cous, and seasonal vegetables
