We had the pleasure of booking Essence of the Thymes for our August wedding at Red Cedar Farm in Poulsbo.Throughout the entire experience Hope and her crew were such a joy to work with and easy to communicate with (we booked them while still living in NY!). So many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was, we went for a BBQ themed menu that fit perfectly with our farm venue, and I couldn't agree more! As an ex wedding/event manager I was very impressed with their professionalism and how smoothly everything went. So glad we chose them for our special day!

Essence of the Thymes catered our wedding and we were incredibly happy with the food and service. The meal was even better than what we had at the tasting - our guests were raving about the food for the next few days! Great customer service, they went above and beyond to help get everything set up and cleaned up efficiently and thoroughly. They even offered to help with some things that they were not officially contracted to do. It was a pleasure to work with them.

The Essence crew was wonderful. The food was fantastic and great quality especially for the price. Our wedding guests were impressed with their professional buffet and bar service and they all complimented the food! The staff was very flixible and quick to respond to any of our questions or changes. They graciously accomodated a few special dietary restrictions for some of our guests. We are extremely happy with our choice and give them our highest recommendation for your next event.

Thank you so much for all that you did in helping our event so successful and beautiful. The food was fantastic and got amazing reviews from everyone.
