Celeste brings over 15 years of experience in restaurant, catering and hospitality settings, delivering a consistently high level of execution to every event she produces. Detail-oriented and deeply professional, she has a gift for turning her passion for life’s celebrations into beautifully orchestrated experiences. Celeste holds a deep appreciation for the way food creates community, connection, and joy. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from the Seattle Culinary Academy and speaks both French and Chinese. Above all, she is a devoted wife and an incredible mom, bringing care, intention, and heart into everything she does.

Hanna is our Kitchen Manager and one of the exceptional Head Chefs at Essence. She ensures flawless execution in every culinary detail, from the freshness of our ingredients to the precision of each dish we create. Outside the kitchen, she enjoys time with her partner, TJ, and their dog, Chaquita—often exploring the outdoors, camping, or cheering on the Mariners whenever they get the chance.

With over 14 years of experience in the restaurant and service industries, TJ brings a refined understanding of global flavors and culinary technique to our team. His depth of knowledge and creative approach make him an invaluable part of Essence. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll often find him playing guitar or spending quality time with his family and their dog.
