Essence
of the Thymes was established in 2003, by Gina Omalanz. The main
goal was to provide a Fabulous, Fun and New catering business that
could provide extreme service as well as exemplary food. We serve safe
food in a tasteful manner 100% of the time
In 2006
we opened our Port Orchard kitchen on Bay Street. At that time Ray
Allwine joined the business as a partner. He brought over 15
years of restaurant experience in business management, kitchen
managing, and food preparation. He introduced new ideas for
serving the freshest ingredients while keeping prices reasonable enough
for everyone to enjoy.
Together
we combined our passion for food. Now Essence of the Thymes has a
wonderful team. We have kept the original goal and constantly
strive for greatness. We continue our education to be current on
food safety and trends. You will be proud you hired us!
