How to place a lunch order

Please allow for 72 hours notice for all lunch orders, as we do order fresh for each event. Orders placed under 72 hours, we will do our best to accommodate with chefs choice meal. Orders can be placed over the phone (360-876-9200) or via email (essenceofthethymes@hotmail.com). We will need delivery/pickup time, billing address & credit card information in order to book your event. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as cash and checks.

Boxless Lunches

These lunches allow you to set up a nice display of food, buffet style. We recommend, to keeping with the green feel and upscaled lunch, you add on our white china plates with fork, knife, and disposable napkin for 1.00 more per guest. Add tubs of bottled water and soda cans for 1.50 per guest or our station of freshly squeezed lemonade, iced tea, and water with cups for 2.50 per guest.

Build your own sandwich buffet to include: Breads, deli meats and cheeses, and completer platter, Chef's choice of two salads, and fresh baked cookie

Traditional Caesar salad, garlic bread, creamy penne alfredo with pesto chicken, or vegetarian lasagna, and chocolate brownies

Crisp green salad dressed with a sesame dressing, chicken or beef kabobs served over onions and sweet peppers (vegetarian kabob available upon request), rice and fresh baked cookie

Taco bar with chips and salsa. Choice of shredded chicken or beef, rice, refried beans, sour cream, cheese, scallions, lettuce, and tomatoes
